Director of Customer Success at Socialive

Joel Whitley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joel is currently the Director of Customer Success at Socialive, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, Joel worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Socialive from July 2021 to May 2022.

Prior to Attendify, Joel worked as an Account Manager at GarageFly from 2015 to 2017, and as an Investment Operations Specialist at Ronald Blue Trust from 2013 to 2015.

Joel's early career experiences include roles such as College Ministries Operations Manager at University Fellowship Church from 2011 to 2013, Nordstrom Retail Intern at Nordstrom in 2012, and Bowerman's Pack Student Intern at the University of Oregon Athletic Department from February to June 2012.

Joel Whitley completed their education from 2009 to 2013. Joel first attended Northwestern College in an unspecified degree program and field of study. After that, they enrolled at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Economics.

In addition to their formal education, Joel has also pursued additional certifications. In March 2014, they obtained the Series 65 certification from FINRA.
