Neely Lochmoeller has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Starting in 2014, they were a coach for Gateway Field Hockey. In 2019, they were a Talent Development Intern for Bunzl Distribution NA. In 2020, they were a Logistics Virtual Intern for Arrive Logistics. In 2021, they were a Staffing Consultant for Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Currently, they are an Account Executive and Business Development Representative for Realync.

Neely Lochmoeller attended Miami University from 2017 to 2021, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Capital Management and Leadership.
