Noelle Tullio

Noelle Tullio is the Director of Operations at Socially Determined. Noelle has over eight years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on performance improvement and demand management.

Prior to joining Socially Determined, Ms. Tullio was the Director of Performance Improvement and Chief of Staff at Alteon Health. In this role, they were responsible for leading performance improvement initiatives and providing operational support to the CEO.

Before their time at Alteon Health, Ms. Tullio worked as a Manager in Demand Management at UnitedHealth Group. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve organizational efficiency and productivity.

Ms. Tullio began their career as an Associate Director at The Advisory Board Company, where they provided consulting services to healthcare organizations. Noelle then spent a year as a Consultant in Valuation and Financial Risk Management at Navigant Consulting before joining The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, as a Financial Analyst.

Noelle Tullio received a BS in Finance and Marketing from the Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Noelle also attended Syracuse University in Florence, Italy.

They work with Brad Rose - Chief Growth Officer, Nithi Vivatrat - Chief Product Officer, and Ashley Perry - Chief Solutions Officer. Their manager is Trenor Williams, CEO.
