Dave Ralph

Dave Ralph has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Dave is currently the Director of Partnerships and Alliances at SocialTalent, where they have been since early 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development at SocialTalent from February 2018 to July 2022. Before joining SocialTalent, Dave worked as the Director of Sales for SocialTalent from March 2015 to February 2018.

Prior to their time at SocialTalent, Dave worked at Citrix as the EMEA Sales Director from October 2014 to March 2015, and as the EMEA Corporate Sales Leader from November 2012 to October 2014.

Dave also gained valuable experience at Telefónica, where they held multiple roles. Dave was the Head of Channel Sales (SMB) from August 2009 to July 2012, responsible for revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Before that, they served as the Head of Direct Sales (SMB) from April 2005 to August 2009, leading a high-performing sales force and overseeing acquisition performance. Dave also held the position of Regional SMB Acquisition Sales Manager from August 2003 to April 2005, and started their career at Telefónica as an SMB Sales Executive from October 2001 to August 2003.

Dave began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at HRM Recruit from May 1999 to October 2001.

Dave Ralph attended DCU Ryan Academy from 2012 to 2013, where they completed a Higher Diploma in Sales Coaching. Their field of study during this program was Sales/Performance Coaching.
