Prashant Sharma

Prashant Sharma has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Prashant started their career at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in 2014 as a System Engineer, where they managed SQL Server and Virtualization Admin and influenced development teams to implement a Releases Management Process. Prashant later became an Operations Manager, responsible for developing the IT strategy, deploying business solutions, and managing the SaaS ecosystem. During their tenure, they implemented a private cloud. In 2020, Prashant joined Henkel as a Project Manager, overseeing project management activities until April 2021. Currently, they are working as a Senior Project Manager at SocialTalent.

Prashant Sharma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science at Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology from 2010 to 2014. In 2019, Prashant also participated in the Global Network for Advanced Management program at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, focusing on Digital Business Leadership. Later in 2020, they attended Koç University, specializing in Strategic Systems Modeling. Additionally, Prashant has obtained several certifications, including Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from Scrum Alliance in December 2022, Licensed People Leader from SocialTalent in November 2022, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in June 2022, PRINCE2® Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2021, and Project Management Principles and Practices from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in October 2020.
