Alyona Grygorenko

Alyona Grygorenko has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Alyona started their career at Mediacom in 2009 as an Assistant to Communication Planner and eventually worked their way up to become a Senior Communication Planner and Ukraine Team Supervisor. Alyona'sresponsibilities included projects management, media planning, digital marketing, consumer analysis, and client service. Alyona then joined Kwendi as a Senior Marketing Consultant in 2016. In 2017, they became the West Africa Project Head (Sales Operations, Marketing, Monetization) at Genesis. Currently, they are working at SKELAR, where they have held various roles such as Account Manager/Business Analyst, Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, and currently, they are the VP of Product. Alyona'sroles at SKELAR involved product discovery, prioritization and backlog management, A/B testing, delivery management, and building communication with stakeholders. Alyona has experience in working with scrum and scaled agile methodology and is skilled in maintaining project/product documentation.

Alyona Grygorenko holds a Master's degree in International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in Kyiv, Ukraine. Alyona also has a certification in Market Research from the Projector Institute, obtained in 2023.
