Vova Safonov

Vova Safonov is an experienced product design leader currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Socialtrait, where Vova focuses on enhancing user interactions with AI and driving product management alignment. Vova also teaches design management as a Lecturer at Projector Institute, sharing expertise in leading design teams. Previous roles include Head of Product Design at PandaDoc, where Vova emphasized team empowerment, and Partner at Point.School, where Vova developed innovative design courses. Additional experience includes leading product design efforts at Readdle and Renta, and project management roles that contributed to social initiatives. Vova holds a PhD in Economics from Odesa National Economic University.
