Srabonti Barua's work experience includes being a Content and Communication Manager at Socian Ltd. since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a former art instructor at Padma Art School from April 2018 to July 2019.

Srabonti Barua pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management General at North South University in the year 2022. Prior to this, they completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) from RAJUK Uttara Model College between 2020 and 2022, focusing on Elementary Education and Teaching.
