Francisco Javier Shwortshik Jegó has extensive work experience in the cement industry, holding various managerial positions in different companies. Francisco Javier started their career as an Analista Financiero at Banco Santiago in 1993. Francisco Javier then joined Grupo Polpaico (Chile) in 1994, where they held several roles including Jefe Corporativo de Crédito y Cobranzas, Gerente Comercial, Gerente de Planeación Comercial, and Gerente de Desarrollo Comercial.

In 2001, Francisco became the Gerente General Inmobiliaria Parque de los Ciervos SA, Electro Industrial SA (Chile). Francisco Javier later returned to Grupo Polpaico and served as Gerente de Planeación Estratégica, Gerente de Logística y Servicios Comerciales, and Gerente General Negocio Concretos.

In 2015, Francisco joined Holcim and held multiple positions including Gerente Comercial en Holcim (Colombia), Director Comercial Holcim Colombia, Director Comercial Centroamérica, and Director Comercial Holcim México.
