Marie Bèndelac

Marie Bèndelac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and organizational management. As the founder of Be People1 since February 2014 and Co-founder & Managing Partner at SBCoaching since 2011, Marie holds multiple certifications, including Certified Master Coach and Certified Executive Coach from the Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching. Previous roles include serving as President of ONG Solidariedade França-Brasil from February to October 2018 and Head of Human Resources and Finance at Consórcio Baía de Sepetiba from June 2010 to January 2017. Additional experience spans positions such as Internal Auditor at Essilor International and involvement in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance at Rhodia.
