Benedetto Viola has over a decade of experience in quality management and organizational development within the aviation and energy sectors. Currently serving as Responsabile Quality Management and Continuous Improvement at SEA Milan Airports since October 2012, Benedetto also holds the title of HR - Responsabile Organizzazione. Prior experience includes roles as an organization expert at Erg Spa and as an HR - Organization Development Specialist at ERG Power & Gas. Benedetto's educational qualifications include a Master Six Sigma Black Belt from Festo Consulting & Academy Italia, a Master in Lean Six Sigma for manufacturing and services from MIP Politecnico di Milano, and a Laure in Ingegneria Gestionale from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
