Mr. Erich Paul Mowes, the Chief Works Inspector at the Ministry of Education in Namibia, has been serving as Projects Manager since December 2003. Erich Paul attended Windhoek Technical Academy from 1981 to 1984, specializing in Constructural Engineering.
