Remus Vulpescu

Remus Vulpescu currently serves as the Vice President of the Board at Bucharest Stock Exchange since February 2024 and has been a Board Member at Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica SA since October 2018. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of ARMAX GAZ, Managing Director and Board Member at Romaero SA Bucharest, and a Board Member at Cupru Min SA. Additionally, Vulpescu was an Honorary Adviser to the Prime Minister of Romania for a brief period in 2017 and worked as an Insolvency Administrator at Fortus SA. Notably, Vulpescu also held CEO positions at Vulcan SA, where a significant turnaround effort was undertaken, and served on the Boards of Transgaz SA and Transelectrica SA. Vulpescu holds licentiate degrees in Law and Political Science and Government from the University of Bucharest.
