Valer Ionut NICULAE is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering and project management, particularly in the nuclear and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Operating Experience Manager, Business Analyst, and Engineer in Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing at Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica SA, Valer is involved in enhancing operational performance through monitoring and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Previous roles include Technological Process Engineer in Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing, where notable achievements include a 100% increase in production rate through the adoption of new technology and resolving long-standing operational issues. Valer has also held positions at Renault Group as a Technical CAD Design Project Management Engineer, CVU Intelligence as a Junior .NET Backend Developer, and SEGULA Technologies as a Mechanical Harness CAD Design Engineer.
