Sorian Munoz is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong focus on fine dining and service excellence. Currently serving as a Sommelier at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer since May 2024, Sorian's career includes roles such as Sommelier/Capitaine at L’Aventure de Bagatelle and Maître d’hôtel at both GIGI RESTAURANT and Fairmont Monte Carlo. Sorian also held Maître d’hôtel and Sommelier positions at Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez and managed in-room dining at Rosewood Le Guanahani St Barth. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at prestigious establishments such as Café de l'Esplanade, Hotel Costes, and Hôtel Thoumieux. Sorian is an alumnus of Vatel France.
