Mathilde Radek

Mathilde Radek is an accomplished professional in the field of innovation, research, and development, currently serving as Responsable Innovation, Recherche et Développement at Le Gouessant since August 2019, having previously held the role of Chargée de projets Innovation within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as Chef de projet Innovation at Nutriset S.A.S. from June 2011 to January 2018, where groundbreaking innovation projects were managed, focusing on service development and organizational impact analysis. Mathilde has also worked as Chef de projet R&D, overseeing project management and team leadership, and as Chef de projet R&D produit, specializing in nutritional product development.
