Jacques Dagenais

Jacques Dagenais is an experienced IT manager currently serving as Chef de division Livraison des services technologiques corporatifs at Société de transport de Montréal since December 2008, overseeing IT service offerings and software lifecycle management. Previously, Jacques held various leadership roles, including Director of R&D at Posera Software, Director IT at Look Communications, and Director of Production at Raymark. Jacques has a strong background in software development and IT infrastructure, coupled with extensive experience in managing teams and projects across multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from UQAM, along with degrees in Pure and Applied Sciences and General Studies from associated colleges.
