Eric Lavoie

Eric Lavoie has been an IT Analyst specializing in project management at SAQ since 2003, with a focus on the systematic evaluation of emerging IT projects, compliance monitoring, governance practices, and budget tracking. Lavoie has also served as a Business Intelligence Analyst, directing technological changes and managing cross-functional teams, while enhancing user training and process optimization.
