Gregory Lajon

Gregory Lajon is an experienced cybersecurity analyst specializing in governance, currently employed at SAQ since December 2013. Prior to this role, Gregory held various positions including Senior Analyst of Procedures and Compliance at the National Bank of Canada, Security Specialist as a consultant, IT Director at p3g, and IT and Security Manager at CARTaGENE, where responsibilities included managing IT infrastructure for a genomic research center. Gregory began a career in IT management at McGill University and Genome Quebec Innovation Centre and served as a Senior Systems Administrator at the Centre universitaire de santé McGill. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in computing and an engineering diploma in industrial computing from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse, as well as certifications in intrusion detection and incident handling from the SANS Institute.
