Jeanne Duguay has extensive experience in customer service and wine consultancy starting with a significant role at SAQ since June 2003 as a technician in product administration and industry relations, also serving as an acting director of customer contact center. While concurrently operating a high-end catering business, L'Accord Gourmand since January 2014, Jeanne focuses on food and wine pairing as a sommelier. Previous experience includes a membership at RPFQ from 2007 to 2010 and customer service roles at Air Canada from February 1992 to September 2005. Jeanne holds a master's degree in training management and education from Université de Sherbrooke and a professional specialization diploma in sommelier training from École hôtelière Laval. Additionally, Jeanne earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from HEC Montréal and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in economics at Collège Stanislas.
