Pierre-Paul Pharand

Since January 2020, Mr. Pharand has been President and CEO of Keolis Canada, a company specializing in the land transport of passengers and parcels, where he previously served as Vice-President and General Manager in Quebec. He was also a consulting director at Bell Nordic in 2017-2018 and held various senior management positions at Aéroports de Montréal from 1995 to 2017, including that of Vice-President of operations, airport infrastructure, and aviation development. Before specializing in the management of airport operations, he made a career in the Canadian Armed Forces as an officer.

He is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada, the Senior Management Development Program of the International Center for Management Research and Studies at HEC Montreal, and the Strategic Airport Management Program of the Aviation Training and Development Institute.

In addition to teaching part-time and contributing to various professional associations, Mr. Pharand has been actively involved in several community organizations, particularly with foundations that support Canadian veterans and children. He was named the first honorary colonel of the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School in June 2016.
