Jean-Philippe Refloch

Jean-Philippe Refloche is an experienced project manager and civil engineer with a strong background in public works and construction. Currently serving as Chef de projet at Société du Grand Paris since July 2019, Jean-Philippe oversees transversal projects related to the T2Est section, including TCE works and 17 ancillary structures. Previously, Jean-Philippe worked at AptiSkills as an ingénieur consultant in BTP, focusing on public market management and financial analyses for the Société du Grand Paris's Line 15 Sud project. Prior roles include positions in pricing studies at COLAS and SAS Even, where responsibilities encompassed cost estimation, technical negotiation, and deployment of pricing software. Jean-Philippe holds an engineering degree in Public Works from ESTP and has international experience from studying at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
