Manoj Gupta

Manoj Gupta has over two decades of work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Manoj started their career at the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. as a Sr. Executive Officer, where they played a crucial role in building the Futures market OPMS system from scratch. Manoj then joined Automatic Data Processing Inc., where they served as the Manager - Gloss Service Bureau, overseeing multiple teams and providing support for various products.

Afterwards, Manoj worked at Broadridge Financial Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager, leading programs and initiatives in the Brokerage Processing division. Manoj was responsible for setting up offshore delivery teams and managing complex software projects.

Later, Manoj joined Wipro Technologies as a Senior Practice Manager, where they provided program management and domain leadership for large accounts. Manoj successfully managed teams across multiple programs and regions, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and business growth.

Currently, Manoj is serving as the Vice President Information Technology - CPL (Compliance) at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre. Here, they manage multiple feature teams and applications related to securities anti-fraud, compliance technology, capital markets surveillance, control room monitoring, and anti-money laundering. Manoj successfully leads and oversees a large team, delivering efficient solutions for compliance and risk management.

Manoj Gupta received a Bachelor's of Science and Technology degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Watumull Institute of Electronics Engg and Computer Technology in the years 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed a B.Sc degree in Physics from Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College Mumbai from 1989 to 1992. In their earlier years, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya I.I.T Powai, where they completed their S.S.C & H.S.C. There is no information available about additional certifications obtained, except for one certification titled "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in 2023.
