Sangeetha Gera

Sangeetha Gera has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Sangeetha started their career at BFL Software as an HR professional, handling all HR activities for a business unit. Sangeetha then moved to Thinkahead as the Head of HR, where they were responsible for developing HR systems and procedures. At Mphasis, they held roles as a Senior Manager and Lead of the Organisation Development team, focusing on talent development and providing HR solutions for new deals. Currently, at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, they are the Head of Learning & Development and Talent Management, where they led the upskilling and leadership transformation journey and implemented new methods of learning. Throughout their career, Sangeetha Gera has demonstrated expertise in improving people productivity, creating career paths, and developing future leaders.

Sangeetha Gera holds an MBA degree in HR from Xavier Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship, which they completed between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelors in Business Management with a specialization in Personnel Management from St. Agnes College, Mangalore-575002 from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, Sangeetha has obtained several certifications including Employee Development Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l, SHRM-SCP from SHRM, OPQ32 Assessor from CEB, and Harrison Certified Assessor from Harrison Assessments Int'l.
