Sangeetha Gera has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Sangeetha started their career at BFL Software as an HR professional, handling all HR activities for a business unit. Sangeetha then moved to Thinkahead as the Head of HR, where they were responsible for developing HR systems and procedures. At Mphasis, they held roles as a Senior Manager and Lead of the Organisation Development team, focusing on talent development and providing HR solutions for new deals. Currently, at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, they are the Head of Learning & Development and Talent Management, where they led the upskilling and leadership transformation journey and implemented new methods of learning.
