Supriya Roy Sohi

Supriya Roy Sohi has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Supriya started their career at NIIT Ltd in 1990 as a Faculty member and later became a Group Manager HR. Supriya held various HR roles at NIIT until 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they served as the Head HR WB Circle at Airtel. Supriya then joined Bharti Airtel Ltd as the HR Head (GM) for West Bengal Orissa Circle from 2009 to 2010. Subsequently, they joined GMR Infrastructure Ltd as the GM Training and Development and later became the Head of the Talent Management group from 2010 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, where they have held positions such as Sr HR Business Partner, Head of Operations HRBP, HRBP Head for IGAD, Support, and Utilities, and currently serves as the VP - Head BP - Delivery Function - Human Resources.

Supriya Roy Sohi has a diverse education history. Supriya obtained their MBA in HRM from an unidentified institution between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed a B.Ed degree with a focus on English and Geography at Loreto College from 1988 to 1989.
