Benoit de Pompignan

Benoit de Pompignan is an experienced professional in agile transformation and IT consultancy, currently serving as Agile at Scale Transformation Lead at Societe Generale since January 2023. In this role, Benoit manages a team of coaches and oversees the execution of the agile transformation program, including the development of a target operational model and managerial training initiatives. Previously, Benoit led agile transformations at Publicis Sapient France and supported Lean Portfolio Management implementations for various clients, including MGEN. Benoit's extensive background includes consultancy roles focused on IT organizations, distributed applications architecture, and high-performance computing, as well as experience as a co-founder and software developer. Benoit holds an Engineer’s Degree in IT and distributed system Engineering from EFREI.
