Christelle Launois boasts over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, primarily with Société Générale since April 2001, where current roles include Group Deputy Head of the ESG by Design Program and Head of the Target Operating Model for the same initiative. Previous positions at Société Générale involved spearheading information system strategies across various divisions, promoting innovation through artificial intelligence, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Launois served as Co-Chairman of the APIA Conference at the AFIA from August 2021 to July 2023 and has a foundational background in technology from J.P. Morgan, where roles included IT Manager for Interest Rates Derivatives and IT Software Engineer.
