Sandy Steinbach

Sandy Steinbach has extensive work experience, starting with Kellogg Company in 1987 in various roles such as Director, Business Development/Integration, CFO Foodservice, Director, Financial Planning, Manager, Benefit Finance & Treasury, Financial Business Partner, Senior Financial Analyst, and Senior Tax Accountant. In 2002, they joined Stryker as Director, Finance and Accounting. In 2005, they moved to Thermo Fisher Scientific as Director, Commercial Finance, Americas and Director Finance, Anatomical Pathology Business Unit. From 2009 to 2011, they were an Associate Vice President of Business and Finance at Western Michigan University, and a Part-time Instructor, Accounting from 2009 to 2016. In 2015, they joined TRURESULTS Consulting as Principal Owner, and Ceterus as Sr. Director, Financial Operations, Director EDGE Accounting, Director, Training and Professional Development, Director of Small Business Accounting, and Client CFO. Finally, in 2022, they became Sr. Director, Finance at Society Brands.

Sandy Steinbach attended Portage Northern High School from 1975 to 1980, where they obtained a high school diploma with a focus on college prep, pre business and accounting. Sandy then attended Western Michigan University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a BBA in Accounting. Finally, they attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1992 to 1996, where they earned an MBA in Finance.
