Jeffrey Pochowicz

Jeffrey Pochowicz is currently the Chair of the Board at Society for Corporate Governance. Jeffrey has extensive experience in the corporate world, including senior counsel positions at McDonald's Corporation and McGuireWoods. At McDonald's, Jeffrey was responsible for counseling on all aspects of securities law compliance, as well as '34 Act reporting. Jeffrey also advised on corporate governance matters, interacting directly with the Board of Directors and senior management. At McGuireWoods, Jeffrey worked on corporate and securities law, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions.

Jeffrey Pochowicz completed their Juris Doctor (JD) at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance - Economics at The Wharton School.
