Claudia Diaz

Claudia Diaz currently serves as a Student Ambassador at the Society for Financial Education & Professional Development, Inc. since December 2022, focusing on providing financial education to peers and the community. Previously, Claudia held the role of Resource and Enrichment Coordinator at The Next Step Public Charter School since August 2018, and worked as Art + Media Coordinator at the Latin American Youth Center from February 2010 to August 2018. Claudia's early experience includes serving as an Americorps Member at the Latin American Youth Center from August 2007 to June 2009, contributing to both education and health initiatives at local schools. Claudia is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts at the University of the District of Columbia, set to graduate in June 2024, and holds an Associate of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from Montgomery College, alongside a high school diploma from Parkdale High School.
