Janaya Ferguson

Janaya Ferguson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in education, account management, and student success coaching. Currently serving as a Student Success Coach at Campus since August 2024, Janaya brings prior experience as an Account Specialist and Management Trainee at Enterprise Mobility from June 2023 to August 2024. In addition, experience as an Associate at the Society for Financial Education & Professional Development, Inc. (SFEPD) from January 2022 to August 2024 complements a strong educational foundation with a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, obtained in May 2023. Janaya also worked as a Teaching Assistant at FAMU, where classroom initiatives were implemented to support students, and previously held roles as an Education Hub Intern at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and a Recreation Assistant at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, showcasing a commitment to professional development and impactful student engagement.
