Suchi Kommi is a seasoned HR and IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology strategy. Currently serving as a member of the Society for Information Management and a fractional HR tech executive focusing on AI-driven HR transformation, Suchi previously held directorial roles at Hubbell Incorporated, where strategic planning and technology alignment with business goals were key responsibilities. With a history of leading large-scale ERP implementations and system integrations across various industries, including Edgewell Personal Care and Nike, Suchi has a proven track record in aligning HR technology with operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s in Computer Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
