Mona Albano has extensive experience in documentation and information design, serving as an Associate Fellow at the Society for Technical Communication since 1985, where contributions include developing the Toronto Community and managing the job bank. As a documentation consultant since 1991, Mona provides comprehensive information services, including audience and content analysis, website design, and usability support, with notable contracts at companies like Manulife and Precision Content.
