Vicki Baue

Vicki Baue has extensive work experience in legal and administrative roles. Vicki is currently the Managing Director, Legal, Governance, Government Affairs, and General Counsel (CLO) at the Society of Actuaries since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the VP, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer (Legal, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Insurance), Corp Secretary at Cosi, Inc. from April 2022 to October 2022. Vicki previously held the position of CLO, VP & General Counsel, CCO, Secretary (acting VP HR, Benefits & Payroll) at Cosi, Inc. from September 2004 to April 2022.

Before joining Cosi, Inc., Vicki worked at DLA Piper as an Associate in M&A, Securities, General Corporate, Franchise from August 1998 to April 2004. Vicki also has experience at Creative Expressions Group, Inc., where they served as the Director of Process Improvements and Legal Affairs from July 1997 to July 1998. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Customer Services from November 1988 to June 1997 at the same company.

Vicki Baue began their career at Pizza Hut as a CSC Supervisor, previously serving as a Training Manager from 1986 to 1988.

Vicki Baue completed their education at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law from 1993 to 1997, earning a JD degree with a focus on Law. Prior to that, they attended The University of Alabama from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management.
