Adam Nowicki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government contracting, human resources, and project management. As Co-owner and Vice President at ATLANTIC CONTRACT, Adam leads a team focused on projects for NATO and US military missions, specializing in IT, logistics, and construction. Adam also serves as Vice President of the Society of American Military Engineers' Polish Chapter, fostering collaboration among engineering professionals. As CEO of Thought&Done, Adam has been instrumental in developing innovative HR and IT products while managing over 50 global projects. Previous roles include Acquisition Officer at CommsBlack, Head of Global HR & Sales Effectiveness at Red Pharma Laboratories, Sales Support Manager at Selena, and HR Executive at Philip Morris Polska.
