Jim O'Brien, PE, CFM, F.SAME, is a seasoned civil engineer and founder of One Water. Solved. since January 2021, focusing on innovative solutions for water management challenges worldwide. With extensive experience as President of O'Brien Engineering, Inc. since September 1987, Jim leads a multidiscipline engineering firm offering services across various sectors. Active in the Society of American Military Engineers, Jim holds multiple leadership roles including SAME TEXOMA Fellows Regional POC, Small Business Chair, and Program Chair within various posts.
