Bruno Campos

Bruno Campos is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in environmental safety and risk assessment. Currently serving as the Environmental Safety Science Leader at Unilever since November 2017, Bruno has also held positions such as Project Leader and Environmental Risk Assessor. In addition to work at Unilever, Bruno has been actively involved with the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) since May 2018, where roles include Council Member, President, and Vice President for SETAC Europe. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral researcher position at the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Water Research, involvement in research at Stockholm University and Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research, and earlier roles as a research assistant at Universidade de Aveiro and UAntwerpen. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Universidade de Aveiro.
