Keshav Khanijow

Keshav Khanijow is a Hospitalist at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and an Instructor of Medicine at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, with significant experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion within healthcare. Keshav serves as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and holds a position in the Diversity and Inclusion Special Interest Group Executive Council at the Society of Hospital Medicine, advocating for LGBTQ+ perspectives. In addition, Keshav has been involved in creating LGBTQ+ health education programming and leads the Q-HEALTH project to improve awareness among hospitalists. Keshav's previous roles include Assistant Professor at Northwestern University and Fellow in Hospital Medicine and Business, alongside extensive clinical and educational contributions throughout various prestigious institutions, complemented by a robust academic background including an M.D. from the University of California, San Francisco, and further qualifications in Health Finance and Administration from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
