Sandhya Sridhar is currently an R&D Engineering Intern at Inari Medical, a position held since June 2024. Active in the Society of Women Engineers since September 2022, Sandhya serves as the DEI Connections Chair, leading initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through the development of a Diversity Calendar and event planning. As the Diversity and Impact Lead for the SWENext Subcommittee, Sandhya has focused on increasing STEM support in high minority schools. Prior experience includes an R&D Undergraduate Intern role at Amgen, where responsibilities included creating an inclusive learning roadmap and presenting research on learning styles. Additionally, Sandhya taught mathematics and English at ALOHA Mind Math from September 2019 to May 2022, adapting to virtual teaching during the pandemic. Sandhya is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, expected to graduate in 2026.
