Kathleen Hernandez is a CPA and MBA with a diverse work experience. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Fashion Artist/Designer for VIDA Ecommerce Shop. In 2016, they joined Society6 as an Artist and released their first product designs. Kathleen also worked as a Textile Artist/Designer for Hello Fabric and as an Affiliate for Kerygma Books and Shepherd's Voice Publishing, where they were a Blogger Affiliate. Additionally, they served as an Ambassador for Amnesty International Philippines and the United Nations Office at Geneva, promoting humanitarian causes and women empowerment. In 2017, they became an Art Basel Artist Organizer for Spoleto Arte and a Jeweler with Pandora, where they were able to create and design their own jewelry line. Prior to these roles, they worked as the C.E.O. of Borja Enterprises, managing rental properties.
Kathleen Hernandez, CPA, MBA, has a comprehensive education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Kathleen began their education at Philam-Life Village School, where they obtained a Nursery Class Certificate/Diploma in 1978. Kathleen then attended San Beda College for their Kinder to Preparatory Level education, earning a diploma in 1981. Kathleen continued their studies at San Beda College, completing their Grade School Diploma in 1986.
In addition to their primary education, Kathleen pursued a passion for music at the Yamaha School of Music (now 3R's Learning School of Music), earning various Mini to Regular and Grand Recital Certificates from 1985 to 1991. Kathleen then attended De La Salle University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree in 1993. Kathleen furthered their accounting education by completing a CPA Review program at Professional Consultancy, Inc. in 1994.
Seeking to enhance their business acumen, Kathleen pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at De La Salle University from 1996 to 2002. Kathleen'sMBA program was organized by GSB -> GSBE -> Professional Schools Inc.
Kathleen also obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they attended the Cosmopolitan Goes to Work with Women and the City Workshop, organized by Cosmopolitan Magazine. Most recently, in May 2021, they participated in the Manila Museums Summit 2021, organized by the Alliance of Greater Manila Area Museums with Manila Museums Summit Organizers.
