Melisa Torres

Melisa Torres has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Melisa started off as a Freelance Graphic Designer in 2004, working for MindShare Multimedia until 2006. From there, Melisa worked as a Graphic Designer at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts for a year before moving on to GSP Companies as a Production Artist from 2007 to 2008. Melisa then joined the Tampa Bay Times - Times Publishing Co as a Graphic Designer from 2012 to 2013.

In 2014, Melisa resumed their freelance work as a Graphic Designer. In 2017, they became a Stock Photographer at Dreamstime, a role they still hold. In 2019, they expanded their portfolio by joining Amazon and Society6 as a Content Creator.

In 2020, Melisa took up the role of Chief Executive Officer at TORDESIGN2 STUDIOS while continuing their work as a Stock Photographer at iStock. Melisa'stenure as CEO ended in 2021.

Melisa Torres completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts at the University of Tampa in 1998. After a gap of several years, they decided to further their education and pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Media Design at Full Sail University from 2022 to 2023.
