Matthew Croak

Matthew Croak has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries.

Matthew is currently working at Socket Mobile, Inc. as an SDK Engineer, where they manage the Socket Mobile SDK for customers and adds new features and support for web frameworks.

In 2022, they started working at LogRocket as a Technical Author.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Analytic Partners, first as a Software Engineer II and then as a UI Software Engineer, where they developed the UI for various SaaS solutions.

Prior to that, they worked at Bohemia Realty Group as an IT Director and Web Developer, where they developed websites and implemented lead generative systems.

Matthew also has experience as a Post Production Assistant at ABC Television, where they assisted with various tasks related to the show Quantico.

In their earlier career, they worked as a Resident Assistant at SUNY Cortland and had various roles in media production and journalism, including working as a Production Assistant and Production Intern at Zealot NY, a Festival Judge at Blackbird Film Festival, and a Radio Show Host at University of Leicester Student Radio (LUSH Radio). Matthew Croak studied New Communications Media and Professional Writing at SUNY Cortland, as well as Media and Communications at the University of Leicester.

Matthew Croak has a diverse education history in various fields. Matthew attended Flatiron School in the year 2017, where they studied computer software engineering. Prior to that, they pursued New Communication Media at the State University of New York Cortland from 2012 to 2016.

In 2014, Matthew earned a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University. During the same year, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Leicester, focusing on Communication and Media Studies.

Before college, Matthew completed their high school education at Midwood High School from 2008 to 2012. Matthew was enrolled in the Medical Science Program there.

Additionally, Matthew obtained certifications in various subjects. In April 2015, they received the International English Society Sigma Tau Delta, Epsilon Chi Chapter certification, supervised by Gloria Hochstein (International President) and Andrea Harbin (Faculty Sponsor). In June 2014, they acquired a Marketing Strategy certification under the guidance of Kay Bradford (Manager, Enrollment & Corporate partnerships for eCornell).
