Géraud Huguet

Géraud Huguet serves as the Human Resources Director for SOCOTEC, overseeing HR functions across 12 countries and managing 1,250 employees. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, and change management. Huguet has also led post-M&A integration efforts and interacts with HR shared services to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to SOCOTEC, Huguet held leadership roles at Lincoln, where contributions focused on recruitment solution advisory and the development of a recruitment process outsourcing subsidiary. Huguet's educational background includes a Bac+5 degree in Finance from KEDGE Business School and preparatory classes in Economics at Lycée Hoche and Lycée Militaire de Saint Cyr.
