Pascal Loisel

Pascal LOISEL has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pascal started their career as a Designer Product at Hotshop Design Agency in 2003. In 2007, they co-founded and became the General Director of Crysalide, a company engaged in the fields of accessibility and usability. After successfully growing the business, they sold it to Groupe BTP Consultants in 2011.

Pascal then joined Citae, where they held the positions of President and General Director. Following that, they became a member of the Association Progrès du Management (APM) in 2012, which they remained a part of until 2018.

In 2014, they became the Treasurer of Association AFPAPH and served on its executive committee until 2018. In 2013, Pascal also became an Administrator of Fond de dotation Jeunes Pousses, where they remained active.

Pascal joined SOCOTEC in 2017, initially as the Director of Development Assistance & Patrimony, overseeing BIM activities. Later, they became the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Manager of Socotec.io, where they are leading a team of 30 individuals responsible for creating and developing full web software on a complex and scalable architecture. Pascal has a budget of €2.5M Capex and €600K Opex annually.

Throughout their career, Pascal also contributed to academic institutions, serving as an Instructor for the Master VHMA program at Université Paris Descartes from 2010 to 2014.

Pascal Loisel received a DSAA Diplôme Supérieur d'Arts Appliqués in Design et arts appliqués from ENSAAMA in the years 2000-2004. In 2016, they completed an EXECUTIVE EDUCATION CERTIFIANT program in Dirigeant PME at HEC Paris. Pascal also obtained a CAP cuisine degree in Cuisine from Etablissement regional alexandre dumas in 2016-2017. The most recent education history shows that they received an executive certification from emlyon business school in 2019-2020, although the field of study is not specified.
