Sebastien Botin

Sebastien Botin is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Group Chief HR Officer at SOCOTEC since October 2015, Botin oversees HR strategies for a global organization with over 5,200 employees in more than 50 countries. Prior to SOCOTEC, Botin held various senior HR roles at SNC-Lavalin, where significant contributions included implementing a new regional organizational model and establishing shared services across multiple regions, directly influencing the HR operations for thousands of employees. Earlier career experience includes managing recruitment services at Michael Page and roles in project management and engineering, providing a diverse background that combines technical expertise and HR leadership. Botin holds an Ingenieur degree in Economics and Finance from AgroParisTech.
