Virginie Bauters

Virginie BAUTERS is a seasoned executive assistant with extensive experience in high-level administrative support and project management. Currently serving as Assistante de Direction Générale at SOCOTEC since April 2019, Virginie provides assistance to the CEO and other senior executives, manages dynamic schedules, coordinates international travel, and organizes events for the executive committee. Additionally, from 2020 to 2024, Virginie held the position of Chef de projets CRM, focusing on the deployment of Dynamics 365 and user training. Previous roles include Assistante de direction at LES CLES DU MONDE, where Virginie managed travel arrangements for directors and high-end clientele, and Guide conférencière at PARIS ON THE WAY, conducting cultural tours in multiple languages.
