Alberto Franceschet

Alberto Franceschet is an accomplished professional in the field of facade engineering with significant experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as Principal and Managing Director at SOCOTEC USA since January 2022, Alberto also contributes to the Special Advisory Council at Facade Tectonics beginning in July 2021. Previously, Alberto founded STUDIO Façade Consulting, using extensive Curtain Wall expertise to assist Owners, Developers, and Designers. Alberto's background includes pivotal roles at Maffeis Engineering as International Director, and at Permasteelisa North America Corp., where responsibilities spanned from Senior Vice President General Manager - East to Executive Vice President of Business Development and Sales, overseeing sales, operations, and project management. Alberto holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, obtained between 1991 and 1998.
