Bastien Soret

Bastien Soret serves as a member of the executive committee and the legal director at BIOGROUP since September 2023. Previously, Bastien Soret held various senior legal roles at SOCOTEC from 2016 to September 2023, including Secretary General and member of the group management board. At ELIS, from January 2007 to February 2016, Bastien Soret was the legal director overseeing departments in France and Brazil for a major laundry services provider. Prior experience includes serving as Head of the Legal Department at France Boissons from 2001 to 2007, and as Corporate Counsel at Vivarte from 1995 to 2001, managing legal affairs for numerous companies including listed entities. Educational qualifications include a DESS Certificat d’Aptitude à l’Administration des Entreprises from IAE de Nantes and a Master’s degree in Law.
