Dimitris Raekos has over 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing, hi-tech, enterprise solutions, and cybersecurity industries. In 2021, they joined SOCRadar® Extended Threat Intelligence as Sales Director, MEA. From 2020-2021, they were Business Development Manager, META at VMRay. From 2015-2020, they were General Manager ΜΕΝΑ at ESET Middle East. From 2012-2013, they were Account & Sales Manager E-Business & CRM, GCC at KCS Consulting Services. From 2010-2012, they were General & Sales Manager at Sales Effect Distribution, which they founded as a value-added distribution for cybersecurity and business continuity solutions in Greece and Cyprus. From 2005-2010, they were General Manager (Greece-Cyprus-Egypt) and Sales Manager (Greece-Cyprus-Egypt) at ADAOX. From 2004-2005, they were Web Application Developer at EMPHASIS SYSTEMS. From 2003-2004, they were Implementation Specialist at DENDRITE. From 2001-2003, they were Junior Software Programmer at Business Dynamics / Information Dynamics.

Dimitris Raekos has a background in business and technology. Dimitris obtained their MSc in Distributed Computing Systems from the University of Greenwich in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Business Administration Major Computer Information Systems from The American College of Greece in 2002. Dimitris also completed an Introduction to MEDDIC course from MEDDIC Academy. In addition, they have certifications from LinkedIn, gateprotect AG Germany, Elitecore Technologies Pvt Ltd., and ICS (International Correspondence Schools).
