Mustafa Emin Gülen

Mustafa Emin Gülen has over seven years of professional experience in the field of cyber security. In 2021, they began working as a Lead Technical Account Manager for SOCRadar® Cyber Intelligence Inc. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Security Operations Command Center (SOCC) Security Architect at Akamai Technologies, where they were responsible for configuring and managing Akamai Web-application Firewall, researching and correlating HTTP bot-traffic, analyzing alerts/events to detect anomalous web traffic, and tracking/monitoring customer traffic. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Technical Support Engineer (TAC) at Cisco, where they provided technical expertise in Next-Gen Firewall appliances, Firepower eXtensible Operating System (FXOS), Cisco Intrusion Prevention Systems (NGIPS Appliances), AMP for Networks, AMP for Endpoints, and Threat Grid Sandboxing. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Jr. System Support Specialist at Albaraka Türk, where they deployed, monitored, and managed security products for servers and endpoint devices, and improved operational efficiency across the security infrastructure by constructing convenient security policies. Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Intern at BDH - Bilisim Destek Hizmetleri, where they handled installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Cisco, Huawei and HP network devices.

Mustafa Emin Gülen received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Bilkent University between 2010 and 2015. Mustafa Emin also holds several certifications, including Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst from EC-Council (obtained in March 2022), Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) from Cisco (obtained in January 2018), Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) from Cisco (obtained in April 2018), and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation from Cisco (obtained in October 2019).
